Hello, our names are Jonathan and Jaimee and we are the owners of Stay and Ski Idaho! We are happy to host vacation rental homes in the Coeur d'Alene and Sandpoint area. We take over all of the stress and leave you worry free knowing your home is well taken care of. As a local small business, we take the time to maintain and treat all our homes as our own and keep you updated every step of the way.

At Stay and Ski Idaho, we won't nickel and dime you every time we're needed at the home. As a full-service property management, we make it our duty to treat your home as our own. Need us to stop and check on the home? No charge. Want us to grab new chairs for your patio? No charge. Need us to stop by the home for any reason at all? No charge. We are always available to you for anything that comes up. We want you to have the peace of mind knowing we are here for you and welcome all requests for us to visit and take care of your property. 

We are also your round the clock repair and handy man, ready to fix any home repair issues that might come up. From a broken door hinge, to a fully remodeled deck, Jonathan has you covered!

Our guests have access to contact us 24/7! We respond quickly, whether it be a simple question about your home, or emergency response needed. We are always ready to help our guests with whatever they may need. With immaculate 5-star cleaning, your home will be sparkling and ready to welcome guests for each reservation.
